Fox Theory
Fox Theory
A search for the origin
By William Topchiev
"What are you afraid of?"
"That I won't have enough time."
"To do what?"
"To figure out what this place is." Colonies against individuals. What started as war, ends in slaughter. As the superorganism devours what remains of Western civilization, each individual on this planet faces the ultimate dilemma: In the new world, is there a place for I?
Private investigator Jim Ra loses everyone he loves: his daughter, his father, his best friend. On a desperate rescue mission, he finds a Sleeping Dragon. This leads Jim to China, where he gets a front sit for the war's final act.
About the Author
William Topchiev is a writer, behavioral psychologist, economist, and artificial intelligence engineer. As a part of his research project on behavioral anomalies in ultra-concentrated groups, he spent five years in China. He has always had a passion for storytelling. When his Forbes editor mentioned that his articles about China conquering the world were starting to look more and more like science fiction, he thanked her for the idea-that's how Fox Theory began. William specializes in topics such as cognitive biases and the psychology of misjudgment. His hobbies include microbiology, genetics, astronomy, and particle physics. William graduated from Columbia University in New York and Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany. He lives in Sydney, Australia, where he spends most of his time designing and training machines.
