Mabu Mabu is owned by Nornie Berro, a Torres Strait Islander chef who is on a mission to put Indigenous ingredients in kitchens across Australia. Their small batch condiments are all made by hand in Melbourne using ingredients sourced by suppliers who are passionate about Australia's Indigenous food industry.
This rich hot chocolate powder is flavoured with the nutty-coffee aroma of wattleseed along with aniseed myrtle and raw sugar. Simply add to hot milk and enjoy.
