Eligibility

The competition is open to all customers who purchase any edition of When the Moon Hatched by Sarah A. Parker from Harry Hartog Booksellers between April 25, 2024, and October 2, 2024.

Entry Requirements

To enter the draw, participants must:

• Purchase any edition of When the Moon Hatched by Sarah A. Parker from a Harry Hartog Booksellers store or online.
• Complete the entry form provided below, including their in-store receipt number or online order number and required contact information.

Prize Details

Two (2) prizes are available to be won. Each prize will be awarded to one (1) winner, and the details of the prizes will be announced on the Harry Hartog Booksellers website and social media channels.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.

Draw Details

The winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.

The draw will take place on October 8, 2024.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via the contact details provided on their entry form within 7 days of the draw.

If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected at random.

Prize Redemption

Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification, and winners will be required to provide proof of purchase to claim their prize.

Prizes must be collected from a Harry Hartog Booksellers store or arranged for delivery at the discretion of Harry Hartog Booksellers.

General Conditions

Harry Hartog Booksellers reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Harry Hartog Booksellers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

By entering the competition, participants consent to the use of their name and contact details for the purposes of administering the competition and for promotional purposes.

Privacy

Personal information collected from participants will be handled in accordance with Harry Hartog Booksellers' privacy policy and will only be used for the purposes of conducting this competition and contacting the winners.

Limitation of Liability

• Harry Hartog Booksellers is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, internet issues, or network congestion that may affect the entry process or result in damage to participants' computers or devices.
