Online store operating hours over the Christmas Holidays
Please note that the Harry Hartog online store will be unattended on public holidays over the December and January holiday period. Orders for gift vouchers received after 1 pm Saturday, December 24th, will be processed as soon as possible on December 28th. Similarly, orders for books will be packaged and sent out from December 28th. Orders for vouchers or books placed on the 1st and 2nd of January will be processed as soon as possible from Tuesday, January 3rd.
Information as to Stock Availability for Online orders
If an item is available to order from Harry Hartog Online it will show an “add to cart” option if it can be supplied by our online store.
Please note the Harry Hartog Online Store may not hold stock of all items currently in stock at Harry Hartog stores.
If your chosen item is not available to order online, please contact your preferred Harry Hartog store directly to enquire as to stock availability. If the item can be ordered, the store will offer to place a special order to source the item and advise you once received at the store and available for purchase.
Our stock on hand information is updated throughout the day. However availability may change depending on the item.
Sometimes, if an item is in demand, the availability on the item may change. Should this be the case with an item that you have ordered, the online orders team will advise the next availability on the item and we will supply once available. If the item cannot be sourced within a suitable timeframe, the online orders team will offer to refund the charge to your credit card.
Prices of products and availability on the Harry Hartog website are subject to change without notice.
Order turnaround times
Our Harry Hartog online team will process orders daily, Monday – Friday and weekends during peak periods.
Orders for items in stock at the online store will despatch within 2 business days.
Once your order has been placed via the Harry Hartog Online Store you will receive a confirmation email with the order and payment details. You should receive your confirmation email within 30 minutes. Please contact email@example.com if you do not receive this email within 30 minutes.
Once your order is processed you will receive a despatch email with tracking details and a link to track delivery.
Please note tracking may not be live until the order has been scanned by Australia Post. Delivery times may vary, there may be some delays expected from Australia Post in peak/ busy periods.

Please note, we are unable to arrange for online orders to be picked up in store. If you would like to order items to be picked up in store, please contact your preferred Harry Hartog store.
Postage costs for online orders
Online orders are sent via trackable Australia post delivery.
We offer Australia wide delivery at $9.95 flat rate per order.
Express shipping can only be arranged for purchases in store.
Postage costs for items purchased in store will vary. Postage charges for orders placed in store will be determined at the point of purchase depending on the size of the item, the location to which the item is to be delivered to and the delivery method.
Reserve my copy to purchase in-store
If an item is available to purchase in-store, there is the option to ‘Reserve my copy’ on the link next to your preferred store. If you nominate to reserve the item in store, you will be asked to fill in a form to provide your details to reserve your copy.
The store will then organise your reservation and will be in touch to confirm that the item is available and held aside for you to purchase at the store.
Only products in stock at your selected store are available for an online reservation. Your preferred store might not have stock of your chosen item. Please contact them directly to enquire as to stock availability. If the item can be ordered they can offer to place a special order to source the item for you.
Sometimes, if an item is in demand, the availability on the item may change. The store will contact you if this is the case and will advise the next availability and offer to order it for you.
You will receive a reservation confirmation email from the store. Your reservation will be held for 24 hours.
We aim to confirm all online reservations within 4 hours during Business Hours. However, please wait to receive a confirmation email before coming in to the store to collect and pay for your order.
Payment for orders at the Harry Hartog Online Store is made when the order is placed at the checkout through our secure payment gateway.
Your card will be charged at the checkout before the order is processed by our online orders team.
You will receive an email confirming your order and payment details once the payment has been accepted.
A further email with the tracking details will follow once the order is processed by the online orders team.
Please note: Loyalty points, Gift Vouchers and exchange vouchers can only be used as tender for purchases made in a Harry Hartog shop.
Gift vouchers are available for purchase in store at every Harry Hartog shop in any denomination or dollar value of your choice.
Gift vouchers are also available for sale via our Harry Hartog online store in certain denominations.
Please note that gift vouchers cannot be used as tender for online orders. At present Gift vouchers can only be redeemed for purchases made in store. Please contact your local store and they will be happy to assist you.
The voucher must be presented in a Harry Hartog shop to be accepted as valid tender.
Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Only Gift vouchers with valid numbers can be accepted.
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Harry Hartog Loyalty Points are not accrued on the purchase of gift vouchers.
