Limited First Edition, signed a numbered to half-title. Göttingen: Steidl, 2000. Large, square 4to. Original publisher's cream cloth with glassine wrapper in numbered slipcase. Unpaginated (pp.124). Near fine. Slipcase shows some signs of age: very mild rubbing to edges and some faint foxing to title panel. Contents fine, bright and bold.
