Living beneath the haze of Yellow Town, young Theo has never seen the stars. He works as a mechanic and spends his off hours digging through the town's trash heap for abandoned treasures. Then, one day, he finds an amnesiac, injured girl with wings, and everything changes. Theo's talents help fix her wing, and their quest will take them beyond the clouds, farther than either could have imagined.
