Condition: Dust jacket in excellent condition with slight rubbing on edges. Hardcover boards excellent condition. Some very slight foxing on page edges. Overall near-fine condition.
Rare first book club edition of Salinger's classic with author's picture on rear jacket face. Presents beautifully with colours on dust jacket bright and preserved. Hardcover boards are in excellent condition, bindings are square and tight. Pages are extremely well preserved, flexible, with deckled fore edges and little sign of foxing. A lovely gift for a rare book collector of classic literature enthusiast.
