Bound in original blue publisher's cloth. Cover and spine lettered in gilt. Cover margins in blind. Upper edge gilt, others uncut. Good. Binding sturdy. Rubbing to edges. Some wearing along spine edges and at corners. Silverfish markings to covers. Bump at lower edge of front cover. Contents in good condition. Some toning and spotting to endpapers. Very minor foxing present here and there throughout. Folding panoramas and maps in generally excellent condition. One map has old adhesive marks and a tear a page joint, does not effect map image. A good, sturdy copy.
