Going Under

The last place anesthetist Dr. Andy George wants to be on New Years Eve is the morgue - after all, his patients should never end up there. But with only an empty bed waiting at home and an insistent DS Evans, he tries to make sense of the limbless corpse found drugged on the train tracks.

Desperate to extricate himself from a suffocating deal with Klinger Pharmaceuticals and repair his marriage with Anna, Andy is instead drawn deeper into a world of drugs, deceit and death by Evans.

Only by facing his professional foes, spousal shortcomings and personal grief can Andy make sense of the events swirling around him and maybe, just maybe, escape with his life.
