Where do I begin!? Leave Me Behind is my new favourite standalone dark romance. What really sets this story aside is the military landscape in which it is set. The action scenes had me on the edge of my SEAT. I was so enraptured by everything happening as well as the main romance. Not only was it super spicy, but the plot was so compelling. Nell and Bradshaw- aka Bunny and Bones- are everything to me. The enemies-to-lovers trope in this is REAL. The hate-spice scenes had me screaming into my pillow. Bones is insane, unhinged, kinky, and psycho as heckkk. It’s definitely a bully romance (not usually my go-to), but this one was unmatched. They hate and despise each other so much it burns. This is incredibly addictive and I was not expecting to get my heart ripped out like it did. The angst!? Description
