First Edition. London: Methuen & Co., 1920. 8vo. Original green publisher's cloth. Pages: xvii, [ii], 603, 8 pages of advertisements. 28 illustrations throughout.

Bound in original green publisher's buckram. Titling to cover in blind and spine in gilt. Lower edge uncut. Very good. Binding square and tight. Spine and extremities somewhat rubbed, with some minor creasing to spine strip. Occasional foxing throughout contents, more prominent at preliminaries. Frontis tissue guard has imprinted on title faintly. Pages fresh and bright, plates clear.
