Sticks & Stones

Everyone likes to build cubbies and play house. Find out where 15 animals make their homes in countries around the world. Some weave, some burrow, some build and some just get lucky. Which house would you most like to share?

Following on from the success of The Family Hour in Australia, Tai Snaith's latest picture book focuses on animal habitats around the world. More specifically, species with interesting building methods or symbiotic relationships with other organisms have been chosen. As well as delightfully drawn illustrations of anthropomorphic animals, the book includes extended facts about each animal in a facts section at the back of the book.
