Psychic investigators don't normally use their powers to lie, cheat, and get ahead. But super psychic policeman Meguru Chojo does! Relegated to a run-down police station and hated by the entire neighborhood, Chojo gets into all sorts of shenanigans, goofs, and gaffes with his rookie partner, Nao Ippongi. Together, they turn the police force into a farce.

When Chojo gets a mysterious text message asking him to hang out, his jealous ex-partner Inukai begins stalking him to uncover who dares get close to Chojo! Meanwhile, Chojo, Ippongi, and Cop-Bot get roped into working for their local convenience store so they can catch a pesky thief. And as preparations begin for the Cherry Blossom Festival, Ippongi and Keinain must keep Chojo and Inukai separated, lest they risk the whole event falling to Inukai's chaos!
