Signed by McGrath to half-title.

A touching collection devoted to Australian painter Arthur Boyd and his love for the Shoalhaven River region. Through illustration and text, McGrath follows Boyd's life story from his youth through his career. Particularly, his love for the environment and his ability to express that through his works. Alongside this, Boyd provides commentary and insight on each of the pieces highlighted within this volume. A rare and marvellous publication, signed by McGrath.

Bound in deep-blue publisher's buckram. Cover illustration of rose in stamped gilt. Spine lettered in gilt.
