Large slim octavo. 48 pp. 8 colour plates and 17 black and white illustrations throughout, reproducing works by John Minton, Edward Ardizzone, L. S. Lowry, Walter Sickert, Henry Moore, Feliks Topolski, Dame Laura Knight, Camille Pissarro, and Anthony Gross, among others. Original illustrated paper-covered boards, lettering in white. Original matching illustrated dust jacket, unclipped. Jacket a bit worn and chipped along edges with some toning to covers. Volume has bump to upper front edge. Contents a bit toned and foxed at edges. Contents generally clean and bright with some scattered markings. Previous owner's inscription at top of FFEP.
