Frontispiece portrays illustration of De Saussure. Very good. Front hinge slightly loosened. Mild rubbing along creases, edges, and at corners. Spine slightly darkened with fading to gilt. Very small tear at foot of spine. Contents in excellent condition. Some very mild foxing here and there throughout. Original fontis tissue guard present but quite toned. Photographic plates clean and bright. An overall very nice copy.
