Folio Society Limited "Centenary" Edition. London: The Folio Society, 2008. 4to. Pages: 266.
A stunning limited edition published to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the first publication of Kenneth Grahame's classic. Van Sandwyk's created more than 100 original illustrations specifically for this edition, with 40 new chapter headers and tails and 16 in full-colour. Baring no expense, the Folio Society commissioned multiple vendors for the finest paperstock and binding materials. The success of this endeavour is clear, given this is broadly considered to be one of the finest and best illustrated editions of Grahame's work ever created, rivalling even the universally-loved Shepard and Rackham editions.
