Tjitji and Lucy

A heartwarming story based on the real life friendship of authors Rhonda Inkamala and Margaret James. These two nanas have been good friends for many years, sharing their loves of coast and desert, family, education, storytelling, nature, languages, culture and a good laugh. Living on the coast and having traveled to the heart of Australia with the authors, the illustrator, Kristal Partridge, has been able to infuse her work with fun and friendship, and to capture the contrast between coastal and outback life in Australia.
