A facsimile edition of Cook's original work of 1777, produced by the South Australian Libraries Board in 1970. Ex-Libris bookplate of Milton Whitmont on front free end paper of each volume.
Overall condition: Near fine. Hardcover bindings clean, tight, and present beautifully. End papers and textblock well preserved, only very mild age toning towards edge extremities. Contents clean, fresh, and bright. Fold-out maps and charts, as well as plates, well preserved.
